Brandon Conard
Managing Partner
Leads SolRiver’s execution and management of solar project investments across the US.
Prior to SolRiver, Brandon was the Chief Strategy Officer at HelioPower, a large California-based EPC. Prior to that he was the CEO of Greenzu, a commercial PPA platform.
In the past decade, Brandon has overseen the origination, evaluation, and execution of over $3 Billion in solar financing totaling over 4 GW of generating capacity.
Nick Gazzolo
Partner
Builds partnerships with solar developers working with SolRiver’s project financing platform.
Prior to SolRiver, Nick was VP of Business Development for Intelligent Generation, an energy storage management platform. He focused on assisting solar developers integrate storage applications into utility scale projects.
Nick worked in finance, specializing in hedging and risk management at Options Xpress and Charles Schwab.
Riley Sullivan
Vice President of Acquisitions
Acquires and builds new solar projects in partnership with developers, installers, and partners.
Riley manages SolRiver’s investment analysis team and builds innovative financial models that enable SolRiver’s growth into new markets.
Prior to SolRiver, Riley worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at SDR Ventures assisting on sell-side and mezzanine debt financing deals.
